Harmonize your pratice
Each morning, start your day with a dynamic yoga classe that aligns with your unique dosha type. Designed for all levels, you experience the perfect harmony between strength and flexibility, between effort and relaxation. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or a beginner, you will explore the depth of your practice through harmonious postures and flowing sequences that will awaken your body and soothe your mind.
After a tasty brunch, you will have free time for you explore the island, swim in turquoise waters, shopping or just relax in the garden.
We will meet together in the late afternoon for a slow and restorative yoga session.
Each day will feature a unique theme and offer 3 to 4.5 hours of yoga and wellness classes and workshops.
We are two facilitators here to support you throughout your stay. We will be available to answer any questions you may have about yoga practices or Ayurveda :
Marjorie, our expert Ayurveda consultant, will guide you through understanding your dosha in an enlightening workshop, followed by personalized yoga classes designed for Kapha, Pitta, and Vata types.
With Penelope's expert guidance, enjoy a variety of practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, breathwork and meditation.

Pinelopi Ziri– Your yoga teacher and fascia therapist
Her love and curiosity for human movement and anatomy were initially expressed when she decided to become a physiotherapist. Her thirst for constant personal and educational development led her into approaching the human body and mind in a holistic way. That’s when yoga came into her life! Since then, she completed several teacher training and workshops. After years of practicing she started developing her own therapeutic programs for the prevention and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain combining traditional physiotherapy methods and yoga.
Marjorie Lac–Your certified Ayurveda consultant
I started practicing yoga several years ago to recover from a physical injury. Not only did I witness improvements in my body's flexibility, but it also transformed my mindset and helped me navigate the challenges I face in my life, including multiple traumas. In parallel, I delved into the study of Ayurveda, this beautiful ancient medicine. It completely transformed my daily routine and allowed me to feel in harmony with my body and at peace in my mind. I provide a wide range of treatments for individuals experiencing various discomforts.
I have participated in several yoga retreats and have extracted the best elements from each experience to create My Peace Retreat. Collaborating with one of the finest yoga teachers I know, Pinelopi, we have integrated the most effective practices and tools to live each day at its best.

My Peace Retreat stands at Glaros Studios Apartments. Your stay will be sure more from pleasant. It is a relaxing and friendly place, that is found front in the sea, 10 min walking distance from Antiparos harbor, the typic port with fish boats, white houses, shops and restaurants. Overlooking the sea and in combination with the surrounding gardens can offer you moments of calm and relaxation at the spring season. Characterized so much for their internal austerity and functionalism, what for their spacious verandas with panoramic view of Paros island and Aegean sea.
